If you like golf, Miami is the place to be. Numerous award-winning courses can be found in this sunny city. Here are a few of our personal favorites. Miami Beach: This is a lovely, scenic 18-hole golf championship course with majestic oak trees. Its well-trained staff takes great care to keep the system in top shape.

Miami Country Club has one of the most challenging courses in Florida. Its par-4 7th hole is regarded as one of the best in golf. The par-5 final hole is surrounded on two sides by water. This course is near South Beach and has a lovely clubhouse ideal for private functions.

This par-70 championship course runs parallel to US-1 and is one of Miami’s most popular. This course allows you to learn the ropes by renting a golf cart or walking. The clubhouse is large and well-equipped with a golf shop. Junior golf camps are also available.

Shula’s Golf Club is a 500-acre championship golf course. Its path includes lakes, streams, and shady trees. It also has a driving range and practice area. This course is open to both members and nonmembers. The cost of membership varies depending on the time of day.

The Miami Beach Golf Club, formerly known as the Bayshore Golf Club, opened its doors in 1923. Its owner, Carl Fischer, wished to make Miami a winter destination for wealthy residents. It has a par-72 course that is 6813 yards long. This Arthur Hills design features some unique hazards on the left and small and elevated greens. The system has an excellent pro shop and offers a discount to residents of Miami-Dade County.

Another classic is the Biltmore Golf Course. It has long been one of Miami’s top choices, located in the heart of the SoBe district. However, to avoid crowds, avoid traveling during spring break and long weekends. Otherwise, the summer crowds could easily ruin the course’s pristine condition.

Crandon Golf Course is a park in Miami-Dade County. It is a championship 18-hole course located just minutes from downtown Miami. The course is surrounded by lush mangroves and natural elements, giving players a one-of-a-kind visual experience. The system has also been recently renovated and has many amenities.

The Trump National Doral in South Florida offers breathtaking views of the city. It is a popular destination for golfers of all skill levels and has hosted several World Golf Championships. In addition, the course’s complex layout and challenging conditions make it a popular destination for PGA Tour tournaments. It also has amenities such as an indoor pool, tennis courts, and a nine-hole mini-golf course.
